Fulfilment Policy

1. Order Processing
Orders are processed immediately upon receipt of payment. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, access to the purchased programme or service will be granted.
2. Programme Access
Upon successful payment, customers will receive an email with instructions on how to access their purchased programme, course, or service. This email will typically be sent within 24 hours of payment confirmation. If you do not receive the email within this time frame, please contact our support team at admin@navreo.ai.
3. Digital Products & Services
All products and services offered by Navreo (Arna LLC-Fz) are digital and delivered online. Customers will not receive any physical goods. Access to digital content is provided through our platform (currently hosted on Skool) and is accessible via login credentials sent to the customer’s email.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. 4. Refund Policy
Refunds are not automatically provided. All refunds are subject to the specific contract brokered between Navreo and the client, and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Where a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days.
5. Subscription Services
For subscription-based services, billing occurs at the beginning of each subscription period. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied.

We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and payments processed securely via Stripe.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
